How about some good recipes for before and after surgery? I live in the NW part of the state and the only places to eat out in town is a Drive Inn, Pizza Hut, Expensive Steak House, Greasy Cafe and a OK BBQ place. I need quick and easy meals that I can fix instead of going out and eating things that I shouldn't.
I've looked at some online recipe web sites that have "Low Carb" recipes but even they sometimes have ingredients that I'm not supposed to have and I'm not sure just who checks to make sure they are actually low carb
