In August, I challenged our clients to walk 1 mile everyday and send me a picture of the miles! We started with 23 contestants and ended with 9 who completed the challenge! I am so proud of everyone who either attempted or completed the challenge. 1 mile every day seems like it would be really easy to do but to be honest it is not. Life gets in the way and we have to figure out how to make ourselves a priority and take 30 minutes or so for yourself.  Our winner is Carrie and she said it was a challenge for her but she  said, “It was so neat to show myself that I AM capable of accomplishing anything I set out for.”

You are stronger than you all give yourself credit for. You can do anything you set your mind to!! 🙂
