Hey everyone!!! I hope you all are having a great day so far! I wanted to let you all know about some change ups we are going to be starting in the near future!
So for starters we are going to do a little bit of exercise at each appointment. Whether it is stretching, walking, lifting, or working on our balance. I think it is important to change things up and to start working one on one with you! It will be fun, I promise! 🙂 So just think about your shoe choice 🙂 You know my rule! No flip-flops or sandals in the gym 🙂
Another change-up will be our blog! I want to add a video every month about exercise, but I need your help! I need you guys to tell me what you want to see! Whether it is me just answering questions or if you want to see how to use some resistance bands or free weights just let me know! I’m really excited to bring this more interactive aspect to our blog!
