So many of us have a hard time trying to balance, work, kids, sports, tv, meals, walmart, homework etc. I feel like I can come up with several reasons as to why I can’t find time to exercise.  When I have days that I can’t make it to the gym I really try to find time during work get 15 minutes of stretching or walking in. Turns outs people are much happier and more productive if they are given breaks and can go do some sort of physical activity.  So next time you have a minute or you are getting frustrated, think about taking a moment to go walk or stretch out a little. You will be so glad you did!
