It can be very intimidating going to a group fitness class for the first time. I remember watching a class for a few weeks from afar before I finally decided I wanted to try it and of course I ended up loving it but it was the last time the class would be taught! They were going to be changing up the schedule! It was a total bummer! So you are not alone in the fact that classes and trainers can look pretty intense. But I think you should definitely try it and just see if you like it or not! You may end up loving it 🙂
