Have you thought about trying cross fit? There are cross fit gyms popping up all around the country. It’s even on ESPN now. I’m sure many of you have friends or family members trying to get you to try it with them, but  you may want to read this article first.  You can form your own opinion about it.  🙂 I thought this was a very interesting article and wanted to share it with you all.

As the WeightWise Exercise Physiologist,  I do not encourage these types of workouts to our patients. I have tried it before and I have my own opinion on it, which is not important. I know what works for weight loss patients and high intensity, heavy weight workouts are not the best.  We teach our clients to work smarter and not harder. Being healthy and fit takes consistency and patients.  Keep up the great work everyone!
