Welcome to November!!! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone! I’m sure many of you are feeling the same way! Sometimes our lives just seem to move quicker than what we would like and we try to slow down time, which never works it seems. What if I told you by just  taking 5 minutes a day just to focus on your breath you would feel more calm, less anxiety and more focused throughout your day? To good to be true right? Not necessarily! I hear people all the time talk about how stressed they are at work, home, money, family etc. So why would you not do something to de-stress?  So put the phone on silent and put it away. It will just take 5 minutes 🙂

Fitness Magazine (www.fitnessmagazine.com) had an article placed on their site about 3 months ago. It is titled, “5-minute breathing exercises to de-stress fast” this article is from www.Grokker.com, one of my new favorite fitness sites! All I’m asking is just think about closing your eyes and listening to this video! I really think you’ll feel better!
