05-08-exercise

As we approach the middle of November I’m sure many are noticing the weather changes. I love cooler weather for workouts, however I HATE the wind. Unfortunately being in Oklahoma we are always dealing with wind. So this week  as we dip down into the 30’s I’ll be inside on the treadmill. I’m not a huge fan  of the treadmill but it gets the job done. I have found in the past if I put a workout in front of me I’ll be more likely to stick with it and it will keep the time from dragging on and on. So try this workout this week on those super cold days! 

You can do the the elliptical or the treadmill on this. If the speeds or inclines are to much then adjust it to your level. Don’t forget, this is just a challenge! 🙂
