Man it is COLD outside!!!! Burr!!!! So how do we get our workouts in when we can’ t get to the gym or go outside to work out?  Here are a few ideas of what to do…..


March in place 1 minute

Jumping Jacks 30 seconds

mountain climbers 30 seconds

jog in place 1 minute

12 pushups

12 sit ups

12 leg raises

12 standing squats

12 burpees

Repeat twice and remember to stretch
