With Christmas two weeks away, I know everyone is busy, busy, busy. Between holiday shopping, Christmas parties, and traveling there is barely time to sit down, let alone cook. But it is so important to stay on top of your meal planning during this time. Planning your meals can be the difference between making a healthy, yet delicious meal and ordering a pizza. So set down the phone and think about your goals….is it a number on the scale or a pants size or a race you want to run??? Whatever your goal is, just remember that the extra hour it takes to plan meals is worth it!!
