It is the third full week of January, so you should have 3 meal plans under your belt by now. How are you doing with spending one hour every Saturday making a meal plan?



Have you noticed that one hour of planning a week can save you about ten headaches during the week?! Well, I have! When I am meal planning, I am much more consistent with sticking to diet recommendations. Plus, I have been more diligent with my exercise! Both are hugely important to success in any weight loss or healthy living plan. 

If you are still struggling with planning your meals, ask yourself what it is that is holding you back. Is it a lack of organization? Check out this blog about building a recipe book to help with organization! Is it a lack of motivation? Find a friend (or email me!) to do these resolutions with you! Everyone has barriers, but I encourage you to find something that will motivate you to get you over that barrier. It’s worth it, I promise.
