Weight loss surgery will change your weight, your health, your energy levels and more. Here are some of the effects you can expect once you recover from weight loss surgery.

You will be required to take lifelong vitamin and mineral supplements to maintain these levels. . Your dietitian  and doctors will keep an eye on your health and make recommendations for supplements that you need..

Many Health Problems Resolve

Aside from losing weight, resolving chronic health problems is a goal of weight loss surgery. After the operation, some people see an immediate improvement in blood sugar and diabetes.
