Well that’s a mouth full isn’t it? Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Relish…it’s really just a fancy and more healthy version of your traditional cranberry sauce. Imagine the nice sweet and tart taste of a cranberry sauce, but without the sugar coma that it induces. Pretty great, right?! I thought so. Plus, it took about 30 seconds to make…well more like 5 minutes, but still, 5 minutes!!

Get your food processor ready, it is getting some exercise today!

Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Relish
Instructions
  1. Add the cranberries to your food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Now, you might be cooler than me and have a food processor that will fit the cranberries AND apples at the same time. Unfortunately, I'm not that cool, so I am pouring my cranberries into a serving bowl.

  2. Next, core and slice your apples. Then add those to the food processor and chop those to the same consistency as the cranberries. Add the apples to the bowl and stir.

  3. Next add the cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, orange zest, and juice from navel orange to the bowl. Stir throughly. Now, if you need a bit more sweet, add 1-2 tsp Splenda. That should do the trick! Refrigerate until ready to serve.
