Easy Oven Baked Salmon and Broccoli

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Combine 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/4 tsp thyme, and 1/4 tsp olive oil.

  3. Make a paste with 1/4 tsp olive oil.

  4. Place salmon skin side down onto the parchment paper.

  5. Rub the paste onto the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon turn opaque and flaky or it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

  6. While the salmon is in the oven chop broccoli into bite size pieces.

  7. Combine remaining garlic salt, rosemary, thyme and olive oil.
  8. In a small bowl toss the herb mixture with the broccoli.

  9. Place in oven next to salmon and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the broccoli starts to turn brown.

Recipe Notes

If you're going to have left overs, remove the skin on the salmon. It can get oily and slimy.
