We’ve got another great party recipe for you just in time for the Memorial Day weekend! This Cucumber & Dill Greek Yogurt Dip is cool and creamy, perfect for hot summer days. This is a great item to take to potlucks and parties!

This dip is quick and easy to whip up with the help of a cheese grater to grate the cucumber instead of dicing it. Tip: partially peeling the cucumber will help remove some of the bitterness of the peel and get rid of some of the waxiness. If you are not bothered by that, you do not need to peel it.


This dip is delicious served with fresh vegetables such as celery, carrots, zucchini, and tomatoes or used as a dressing or condiment on chicken, fish, and even in lettuce wraps.

Cucumber & Dill Greek Yogurt Dip
  1. Wash and dry all produce. Gather ingredients and utensils.
  2. Peel parts of cucumber and leave some skin, as needed. Shred the cucumber into a mixing bowl.
  3. Measure out the yogurt and mix into the cucumber.
  4. Add garlic and seasoning and mix.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or over chicken or protein of choice.
