Instructions
  1. Saute onion and garlic in skillet with olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Beyond Meat beef crumbles. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook and reduce over a period of 30 minutes. If you find that the sauce is too thick to your liking, you can thin it with water or more vegetable broth.
  5. Spoon over veggie spirals and enjoy!
