When life gives you limes, make a mojito…turkey! Not where you thought I was going, huh? Trust me, this mojito lime turkey will be completely worth it.
This makes a great option for summer grilling and pairs beautifully with fresh summer vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and yellow squash. You could even make a large batch and cut up the turkey to top salads.
Serve the turkey cutlets with assorted fresh veggies. Things like cherry tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, fresh cucumber & sugar snap peas give your plate beautiful color. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for another nod to our mojito friends. 🙂
You’ll be sure to impress your friends at your next cookout with this recipe.
Now, help me out friends, what else could we make mojito lime flavored?!
