We LOVE pizza! Pizza crisps are a great snack to fulfill any pizza cravings without the crazy amount of carbs. They are fast, simple to make, and a snack everyone will love. Many cheese crisp snacks can be bought at the store, but making your own saves money and ensures you know everything that goes into them—not to mention adding pepperoni makes them taste way better! For even more of the pizza flavor, dip in a low carb pizza sauce. These are an easy treat you will want to make again and again!

Pizza Crisps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop the pepperonis and prepare ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix ingredients together using a spoon.
  3. Measure out about 1 generous tablespoon at a time onto a baking sheet. (The silicone baking sheets that do not require cooking spray are the easiest to use for these crisps, but parchment paper or a nonstick pan with spray will also work.)
  4. Place tray in the oven for about 7 minutes.
  5. Let cool, and remove from baking sheet.
  6. Serve with pizza sauce if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
