Breakfast is the meal that the most people struggle with, especially after surgery, just because people feel like their options are limited. With this Pizza Egg Bake, it’s a fun twist on an old classic. We know you get tired of the same egg & turkey bacon suggestions, so here is something to mix it up.

Egg bakes are really the easiest thing in the world. You can put this together in about 30 minutes on a weekend and easily reheat it for your breakfast through the week.

If turkey pepperoni isn’t your preference, you could use Italian turkey sausage or Canadian bacon instead. You could use mozzarella instead of Parmesan for the cheese, too. You could even load it with mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions if you like. Feel free to get creative!

Pizza Egg Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk with a fork until the yolks are broken up
  3. Cut the turkey pepperoni and add to the eggs
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese
  5. Add the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
  6. Spray an 8 inch by 8 inch glass pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into glass pan
  7. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until the middle is set
  8. Let cool and slice into squares to serve or pack up for breakfasts
