If you love asparagus, try mixing up your preparation of it with this Roasted Chili Lemon Asparagus. Roasted asparagus is my favorite way to prepare it because it keeps it from getting soggy, and the tips get just a touch of crisp to them. This will be a great summer recipe to accompany grilled burger patties or chicken breasts. You could even place your asparagus on the grill with this recipe. This comes together so quickly and easily, you’ll want to pair it with everything you make.

Roasted Chili Lemon Asparagus
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim off the ends.
  3. Dry the asparagus and placed on a baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  4. Season asparagus with chili powder and salt.
  5. Slice lemon. Drizzle juice from lemon ends over the asparagus and place the slices over the asparagus stalks evenly.
  6. Place asparagus into oven and roast for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the asparagus. Remove from oven and serve.
