**Tip (from a recent patient): sprinkle carrots before baking with slight amount to sea salt to bring out the natural sweetness.

This dish is so easy to make. Plus, it look pretty fancy on your plate next to a nice grilled steak or Parmesan Baked Pork Chop.  Enjoy! ~Lauren

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and peel full size carrots, then lay on foiled line baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
