Weekly Workout Challenge! 10/07/13

Hey everyone! The weather is changing and getting to be that crisp cool air! I love it! This week I want us to walk at least 5 times for 30 minutes! I know we all have stuff going on but let's make it a major commitment to get our exercise in this week! Remember the more you move the more you lose! Here is your circuit for the week! complete it 3 times! 25 crunches 25 bicycle crunches 10 pushups 10 squats 15 lunges on each leg 15 mountain climbers 15 skiers walk 30 minutes and stretch!
