I have a tendency to get into food ruts. It doesn’t bother me. Eating the same things week after week is okay according to my stomach. But it’s not so great as a food blogger. I don’t think you guys would like to see the same recipe posted about 10 different times, would you? So this Baked BBQ Chicken is a little something new for you to try.
Maybe the baked bbq chicken has become one of my favorites because it is so versatile. Or maybe it just tastes good. Who knows. But I will use this chicken with a side of bell pepper coleslaw, black beans, or roasted green beans. It can also go on a salad or even in some lettuce wraps or tacos. The world is your oyster- or rather your baked bbq chicken.

Baked BBQ Chicken Quick and easy bbq chicken to just throw in the oven.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line broiling pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place chicken thighs in pan. Brush each thigh with approximately 1 tbsp BBQ sauce.
Grate garlic cloves over chicken.
Cook for about 35 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
