She might not be born and raised in Oklahoma, but she has called WeightWise and Oklahoma home for a long time. Chris is one of our favorite people around here— she brings a lot of life and knowledge to the clinic, plus she makes some killer recipes! One of the most recent is a family favorite she had growing up in Maine– French Canadian Boiled Dinner.
This traditional French Canadian Boiled Dinner is quick to throw together and very easy for the novice in the kitchen. Just throw it in and let it cook all day while you are at work, doing errands, or just relaxing! I think us Okies will like this just fine!
