Any meal that is done in 20 minutes and uses only one skillet is a winner in my book! The way I cooked this chicken is a little backwards of my usual technique, but I think the flavor is much better this new way. You be the judge!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- boneless chicken breast cubed
- 1/2 cup red onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- asparagus trimmed into thirds

Instructions
- Heat 2 tsp olive oil in large skillet.
- Add dried basil, oregano, and parsley to the skillet and stir into oil. Immediately add cubed chicken breast and stir to mix with seasonings. Let cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and asparagus. Let cook for another 4-5 minutes or until chicken is done and asparagus turns bright green color.
