If any of you have read through or cook any of the recipes that I publish, then you are well aware that as little clean-up as possible is ideal when it comes to week night dinners. This recipe is just that! One cutting board, knife, pot, and a measuring spoon. Makes clean up a breeze! The bonus for this recipe is that it also tastes good! As long as you like cabbage of course.

Instructions
- Brown the sliced turkey sausage on both sides.
- While the sausage is browning, chop the cabbage and slice your onion. Add the onion and cabbage in with the turkey sausage. Mix in the apple cider vinegar.
- Cook on medium low heat, covered, until the cabbage is cooked to your liking (I like to leave mine a little crunchy).
- Add Dijon mustard to the entire recipe, or you can add it just to your serving if others do not like mustard.
