Looking for a quick summertime dish? This protein packed egg salad delivers a delicious creamy flavor. Most of the ingredients you already have laying around. I used smoked paprika and basil but use whatever herbs and seasonings you have available. The egg salad can be served in a leaf wrap or with our WeightWise protein bread. Ingredients
- 4 eggs boiled
- 1/4 c plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 c onion diced
- 2 t mustard
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t paprika
- Lettuce leaves optional

Instructions

Boil eggs.

Dice onions while eggs boil.

After eggs have boiled, give them a rough chop and add yogurt.

Mash eggs, yogurt, mustard, and seasonings.
