Ingredients
- 4 lb pork shoulder
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 16 oz jar salsa verde
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed
- shredded cheese if desired

Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place pork shoulder in slow cooker with onions and garlic.
- Top with salsa, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred pork with forks, remove bones if needed.
- Add cilantro and beans.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Top with cheese and additional cilantro, if desired.
