Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray ramekin (or muffin tin) with cooking spray.
Chop mushrooms and deli turkey into fine pieces.
Whisk together egg, salt, pepper, mushrooms, turkey, and cheese. Pour into ramekin and bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
Top with salsa if desired.
