Making your own salad dressing can be somewhat daunting. I understand that it is easier to buy a ready made one most of the time. But the ready made ones are typically higher in fat and calories. You can use this Cottage Cheese Salad Dressing as a healthier and higher protein substitute. Plus, it is a cinch to make!

Any reason you do not provide the relevant nutritional data?
Good morning. We do not provide nutritional data due to the fact that we do not recommend that our patients track their daily macros/caloric intake. Instead, we focus on mindful eating. I am sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you have a wonderful week :).
Hi! I don’t own a food processor. Would this still work if I used a fork or whisk to mix together?
Hi, Mar! Yes, using a fork or whisk to vigorously mix can work, as well! It might take a little bit longer, but should be able to mix together.
How long does this keep in the fridge?
Hi, Lilo! This would be good for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
