- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
