Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey smoked sausage sliced
- 1 bag radishes washed and havled
- 1 frozen green beans or fresh
- 1 small yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons creole / cajun seasoning depending on how hot you like it
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
- Slice your smoked sausage, radishes, and chop your onion.
- Add the meat and veggies to your sauce mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly. Add meat, veggie, sauce mixture to a baking/casserole dish.
- Cover your baking dish in foil, cook for 45 minutes, and enjoy :).
