- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced

- 2-3 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper for taste

Instructions
- Peel and slice cucumber. Slice red onion and chop dill.
- Mix together the sliced cucumbers, red onion, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Mix in the sour cream and enjoy!
