Jake Brewer, Exercise Specialist
Jake is our Exercise Specialist. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College 2014 and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2018.
Jake has been passionate about fitness since childhood, having wrestled from age four. He has over seven years of experience coaching wrestling, including for the record-breaking 2024 Edmond North High School team, for which he was named Coach of the Year.
In 2023, Jake earned his Personal Training Certification from the International Sports Science Association, and enjoys training people in his spare time.
Dedicated to helping others achieve their goals, Jake strives to be a positive influence. Married since 2020 with three children, he loves spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors and arts and crafts.
