Yum! Who likes a little heat? These Turkey Bacon Jalapeno Poppers are a great addition to your Memorial Day menu. These are great on the grill, but you can also roast or broil them in the oven if you don’t have a grill handy.
Instead of using regular bacon and cream cheese (both high in fat), these are made with turkey bacon and Laughing Cow cheese wedges, which are lower in fat to make this a better choice. These also aren’t breaded or fried, so no carbs to worry about here! These make a great addition to the Low Carb Sliders.

Instructions
- Slice the jalapenos and scoop out the seeds.
- Unwrap the cheese wedges and begin to stuff the jalapenos. I used about 3/4 of a wedge per pepper, but this could vary depending on the size of the peppers.
- Slice the turkey bacon length-wise so the strips are thinner. Wrap one strip around each pepper half and insert toothpick to keep in place.
- Fire up the grill and cook the poppers for about 5-10 minutes on each side until they begin to char. Remove the toothpicks once they've cooled, and serve.
- If making in the oven, broil on each side for about 5 minutes until the bacon starts to crisp.
