Thanksgiving 2018 Menu

Thanksgiving is a great time to appreciate all of the hard work you have put in to your weight loss progress. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving (and the rest of the holiday season) usually revolves around food. This can be problematic if you are working toward surgery or have already had surgery. We’re here to help you get through the holidays without experiencing weight gain. We have many Bariatric diet friendly holiday recipes available on our blog, and we’ve compiled a few of our favorites here to help you plan your menu.

Looks tasty! Just remember that Keto recipes are usually very high in fat, so they can stall your weight loss or lead to weight regain if you do them often. Having it just for Thanksgiving should be just fine!
