Hope everyone survived the Blizzard of 2013! 🙂 This week I have had so many great clients in the clinic! I have had many questions about how to build the booty area up! Unfortunately after weight loss surgery our tush seems to go flat. Well, I did some research and I found a fantastic video on Woman’s Health Magazine’s website.
