I hope everyone had a great weekend!
This week I want us to focus back to cardio again. I want us to branch out of our comfort zones and try a different type of cardio. So, if you are a walker, let’s try a bike, elliptical, rower, stepping, jumping rope, swimming, zumba, spin class, kickboxing or jogging. If you have a gym membership that has exercise classes, go try a class this week. I want us to try something different so your body is not constantly doing the same thing. We want to keep our bodies guessing.
I still want our cardio to be 30 minutes 4-5 times this week but a different type of cardio. What are you going to do differently this week?
