Yes, Yes and Yes!! We give everyone a stretching packet at your first visit with the exercise program. It is very important to start stretching. There are several reasons to stretch. 

#1 It helps increase your flexibility!

#2 It helps to increase your performance…..this could be daily activity, golfing, walking etc. Stretching can make these tasks so much easier.

#3 Helps to improve joint flexibility

#4 Stretching helps to increase blood circulation into your muscles

#5 Removes Stress….my personal favorite!! When we get stressed our muscles will tighten and when the tighten that can just make use feel bad. Stretching will help loosen these muscles and decrease our stress.
