I hope everyone is gearing up for a great weekend! Today we got the October issue of Health in the office. I love going through fitness magazines to see if there is a new trend or exercise I just need to try. The article “Get a Superstar Body” By Lesley Rotchford and Rozalynn S. Frazier, caught my eye this time.

Like most people, we are always seeing news about celebrities and how they keep in shape, how they lost that baby weight, etc.  I wish I wasn’t so interested but let’s get real, I read those headlines at the grocery store. 🙂

Well as I started reading this article I was expecting to read the same ole same ole about how it’s just about hiring a trainer and how intense the workouts are, no pain no gain theories.  To my surprise, it was more about walking in your fat burn zone, watching your clothing size, , walking, finding the right way to tone your body and to be proud of yourself! These are all things we talk about at WeightWise! #1 you took the amazing first step and that is taking control over your health. So give yourself a pat on the back for that!  I am always talking about how this process is a life style change. We learn to stop making excuses and we start making the choice the get healthy. This is why I love my job so  much! I get to witness this everyday!  I was very motivated by this article, so I figured some of my blog followers would be too! 🙂 So my goal for the weekend is to just move more! What is your goal this weekend?
