It certainly has gotten a bit toasty outside this week. So I find when the weather gets to cold or to hot we completely quit exercising. Well lets break that habit in 2012! No more excuses!! I was looking on one of my favorite websites and found a great article about some helpful tools to keep cool in this heat! Remember to exercise smarter not harder!! Keep cool with plenty of water.
