When we are young we generally feel like we can do anything! So we push ourselves physically. Eventually that pushing can wreak havoc on our bodies. Then we get out of school and many end up at a desk job, which then forces us to be sedentary most of our day and causes our bodies to develop tight hips and lower backs. So what can we do about this? Well unfortunately most of us have to work and for most of us we can’t do anything about that chair we get to sit in but we can add in some stretching that can help stretch out those muscles.
