Parents!!!! This post is for you.

I am not a parent to any children yet, but I do have a fur baby! So, in all reality, I have zero experience in this area. However, I truly feel like it is important to still make/find time to get some exercise in.

I have witnessed firsthand as exercise routines become neglected or non-existent with friends, family, as well as clients. Don’t let exercise get put on the back burner. As difficult as this can be… You still need to take care of yourself so you can be the healthiest version of you. So in return you are able to help take care of your children and grandchildren for the many years to come. Your well-being is important also.
