Hey everyone! The weather is changing and getting to be that crisp cool air! I love it! This week I want us to walk at least 5 times for 30 minutes! I know we all have stuff going on but let’s make it a major commitment to get our exercise in this week! Remember the more you move the more you lose!

25 bicycle crunches
10 pushups
10 squats
15 lunges on each leg
15 mountain climbers
15 skiers
walk 30 minutes and stretch!
