I found this morning workout on pinterest! I always find it easier to workout in the mornings because by the time work is over I am less likely to want to stay and workout. So if I get up and get it over with I don’t have to worry about it anymore!

It is a whole body workout! I want to challenge you to do this 3 times this week 3 sets. Good luck!!
