This week I want us to focus on our triceps.  Our triceps are  the muscles in the back of our arms, or what some would call the “bat wing”.  We all want strong-looking arms and these moves will help you get there. I have put 3 different ways to do this exercise. Pick which ever picture you can do and do it 3 times this week 3 sets of 15 reps. Don’t forget to stretch! 🙂

tricep dips

Dips, you can use a step, counter top, bench, or anything that is pretty sturdy. You want to start by placing your hands palms down, finger tips facing you. Several ways to make this easier than the picture. You can have your legs straight out or you and have your knees bent. 3 sets of 15 reps

 

 

 

 

skull crushers

These are skull crushers. You will start by laying on the floor and arms raised over your chest. Slowly lower your hand, keeping elbows high to the sky and bring weights to your shoulders and back up. 3 sets of 15 reps.

 

 

 

 

 

Pick a weight you can lift 15 times. You are going to lean over a table, counter top, whatever is more comfortable to you. Pull your elbow in close to your ribs and kick back towards your booty. This action is only done at the elbow, you will keep your arm still. 3 sets of 15 reps.
