Since College football started this past weekend I’m going to give you some drills that football players use!

I want you to do this circuit 3 times this week, sets of 2.

warm up, walk  or jog in place 2 minutes

5 push ups

5 mountain climbers

30 second plank

15 seconds standing squats

repeat twice and do 3 times this week
