  • 10 pushups
  • 24 Biceps, (8 full bicep curl, 8 half ups, elbows at 90% and bring all the way up, 8 full bicep curls)
  • 15 shoulder press
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 tricep dips
  • 15 back rows
  • 15 lateral raise
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 tricep kickbacks
  • 2 SETS, 2 TIMES THIS WEEK

PLUS……CARDIO 4 TIMES THIS WEEK FOR 30-45 MINUTES AND THEN STRETCH!!!!!
