This week I want us to focus on our arms! I call this workout, Red Carpet Arms
- 10 pushups
- 24 Biceps, (8 full bicep curl, 8 half ups, elbows at 90% and bring all the way up, 8 full bicep curls)
- 15 shoulder press
- 10 pushups
- 15 tricep dips
- 15 back rows
- 15 lateral raise
- 10 pushups
- 15 tricep kickbacks
- 2 SETS, 2 TIMES THIS WEEK
PLUS……CARDIO 4 TIMES THIS WEEK FOR 30-45 MINUTES AND THEN STRETCH!!!!!
