Well that’s a mouth full isn’t it? Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Relish…it’s really just a fancy and more healthy version of your traditional cranberry sauce. Imagine the nice sweet and tart taste of a cranberry sauce, but without the sugar coma that it induces. Pretty great, right?! I thought so. Plus, it took about 30 seconds to make…well more like 5 minutes, but still, 5 minutes!!

Instructions
- Add the cranberries to your food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Now, you might be cooler than me and have a food processor that will fit the cranberries AND apples at the same time. Unfortunately, I'm not that cool, so I am pouring my cranberries into a serving bowl.
- Next, core and slice your apples. Then add those to the food processor and chop those to the same consistency as the cranberries. Add the apples to the bowl and stir.
- Next add the cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, orange zest, and juice from navel orange to the bowl. Stir throughly. Now, if you need a bit more sweet, add 1-2 tsp Splenda. That should do the trick! Refrigerate until ready to serve.
