We are really challenging you this week my friends! I want to incorporate several of our challenges! So here is the routine!!

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY,  FRIDAY

walk 1 mile, hold a plank for 30 seconds, 5 pushups, 30 second plank, 5 pushups, 30 second plank 5 push ups! Stretch it out!!

 

TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY

walk 1 mile, 10 squats, 10 tricep exercises, 10 squats, 10 tricep exercises, 10 squats, 10 tricep exercises!! Stretch it out!

If you can’t remember some of our challenges you can go back through the exercises and see the different ways to do each exercise! Good luck everyone! Remember, if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you! 🙂 ~ Lauren W.
